- All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / Tk) and may include or exclude delivery as indicated at checkout.

- If an obvious pricing or description error affects your order, we may correct it and contact you before processing, or cancel and refund the order.
Orders & Order Acceptance
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed only when we accept it and begin processing. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, a pricing error is found, payment cannot be verified, or delivery is not possible to your area.

Payment
We accept bKash, Nagad, Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, and Visa or Mastercard. Approved B2B accounts may also pay by cheque. Full details are on our Payment Methods page. Orders paid online are processed once payment is confirmed; COD orders are payable in cash at delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Bangladesh, with separate timelines for Inside Dhaka and Outside Dhaka. Estimated delivery times, charges, and coverage are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are made in good faith but are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
Returns, Refunds & Warranty
